Two lucky first-time campers will win the chance to attend Camp Foley for 2 weeks this summer from June 14th – June 27th, 2024, tuition free! Please note: only one entry per child. Past campers and campers already registered for any 2024 session are not eligible. Friends and siblings are eligible as long as it is their first time at camp. Email Ally Daily with questions.

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

The prize

The Prize (2-week camp session) that may be awarded to the eligible winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. The prize is date specific and the winner must be available on the dates specified (June 14th – June 27th). If a winner fails to claim the prize in time to redeem the benefit, the winner forfeits the prize and no other prize will be awarded in its place. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Foley reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.

Who is Eligible

Persons eligible to win this contest must be between the ages 7 and 16, and will be those ages when the session takes place. Winners cannot have attended Camp Foley previously in any official capacity (i.e., paid tuition or was offered a scholarship to attend a session of camp at any time in the past). Participants eligible to enter this contest must have a permanent address in The Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico. They must have and provide a valid email address and phone number. Any camper already registered or applied to Camp Foley is not eligible to win. Registered and applied campers can enter to win the prize for a sibling or friend who has never attended Camp Foley. This person must fall under all other eligible criteria stated in the terms and conditions. Children are still eligible for entry if they entered in previous years, if they meet the criteria above.

All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person and entrant must use own email address. For avoidance of doubt, you may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts. All entries become the property of Camp Foley and will not be acknowledged or returned until a winner is selected.

No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Each winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address. Incomplete entries are void. Camp Foley is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Entry Period deadline. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Information provided to Camp Foley by participants will not be shared with 3rd parties of any kind.

Selection of Winner

A panel of Judges (made up of the year-round employees at Camp Foley) under the supervision of the owner and Directors of Camp Foley will decide the winner of the contest based on all entries received. Any potential winner of this Contest is subject to verification by Camp Foley. Camp Foley’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility, and/or the winner has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Camp Foley isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. Camp Foley reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest at any time subject to applicable law, if they determine that the Contest cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
