Getting Ready For Camp
Your Pre-Camp Checklist

Login to your CampInTouch account to complete the following task:
- Make your final tuition payment. See the payment schedule.
Beginning in April, but no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival
Login to your CampInTouch account to complete the following tasks:
- Complete Forms (under Forms & Documents in CampInTouch account):
- Required: Transportation Form
- Required: Camper Information Form
- Optional: Dishwasher Application (Campers that are 14 to 17 years old can work as a Dishwasher in Camp Foley’s Dining Hall for a discount in tuition ($20/time).
- Required: Transportation Form
- Review COVID-19 Testing requirements: See 2022 COVID Guidelines for updates and more information as we have it.
- Fund your camper’s Canteen Account!! Go to View Canteen (Camp Store) and click FUND! Find out more information about Canteen.
Leadership Program (Optional)
- Campers who are entering 9th grade and above are eligible for the Leadership Program. Head to this link to learn more and apply.
2-4 weeks before the start of your session:
Login to your CampInTouch account to complete the following task:
- Complete Required Health Form & Vaccination Records (under Forms & Documents in CampInTouch account). Visit Health & Safety to download additional health-related forms (asthma, allergies, diabetes).
- Important! Under “Immunizations”, there is a place to enter COVID-19 vaccination dates and/or date of confirmed case of COVID-19 if your child has tested positive previously. Please be sure we have the most updated information in these fields prior to arrival.
Start preparing to have a “Camp Ready Camper”:
- Self monitor camper health paying attention to fever, cough and other COVID-19 symptoms
- Avoid large gatherings like weddings, neighborhood BBQs and non-essential travel.
- Double check the packing list to make sure you have all the necessary items.
- Read and understand the Parent Guide. Email or call (218) 543-6161 if you have any remaining questions.
- Discuss Foley’s Mission, character traits, the Camp Foley Code of Living and goal setting with your camper.

- Write a letter to your camper! If you mail it in advance they will get it on the first day of camp.
- Review Arrival Day at Camp Foley so your camper knows what to expect for the first day of camp.
1 Day before camp arrival
Login to your CampInTouch account to complete the following task:
- Complete the COVID-19 Attestation Form – you will be asked to sign off that your camper has taken a FDA certified COVID-19 test (PCR or rapid antigen – can be done at a clinic or at home with an over the counter test) one day before arrival at camp. This is also where you will select whether you want your camper tested prior to departure from camp at the end of the session.
- This will be available in your account the day before your session starts and you will be emailed as a reminder.
IMPORTANT: If the result of the COVID-19 test is positive OR your camper has any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact camp immediately.
Check your email: We will send reminders of things you are missing. We want arrival day to be fast and easy – please double check!
