TIME OFF REQUEST

You will all get the same number of breaks, even if you do not request any. This form is simply for those folks that have a “Must Attend” event.

We will do our very best to grant every counselor one time off request.

This form is due June 7 for requests from June 18 – July 15; and July 1 for request for July 16 – August 13.

Requests should be over regularly scheduled days off as much as possible (see Staff Google Calendar). Priority will be given to the earliest requests.
